We are the largest TPA in Hawaii and employ a higher percentage of credentialed employees than other TPAs in the area. All of our account administrators and client-facing employees must hold industry credentials, with the minimum credential being a Qualified 401(k) Administrator.

Annually, SI GROUP voluntarily undergoes an extensive audit by the Centre For Fiduciary Excellence. The purpose of the audit is to ensure that SI GROUP is adhering to the best practices in the industry. The audit includes such assessments as document reviews, client file sampling, interviews with our staff with respect to our standard processes and procedures, data security protocols, and a review of our financial statements.
